Chocolate fondue *

Chocolate fondue

Boiling time on stove:  Nil
Cooking time in the DreamPot:  Nil
Cook in the:
✓ 5 litre DreamPot
✓ 6 litre DreamPot

Ingredients:

250g block milk chocolate
Half a 250ml carton UHT thickened cream
Fresh strawberries or fruit chunks
Kebab sticks

Method:

  1. Fill the large inner pot with 2 litres hot water and bring to the boil on the stove.  Place into the DreamPot and close.
  2. Place the chocolate (broken into pieces) into the small inner pot.  Add the cream.
  3. Insert the small inner pot on top of the large inner pot – a double saucepan.
  4. Stir to combine the chocolate and cream until the chocolate melts and a dipping consistency is achieved.  Add a little more cream if necessary.
  5. Close the lid of the DreamPot.
  6. Insert the kebab sticks into the strawberries.
  7. Dip into the hot chocolate and share with the one you love!
