Chocolate fondue *

Cook in the:

Ingredients:
250g block milk chocolate
Half a 250ml carton UHT thickened cream
Fresh strawberries or fruit chunks
Kebab sticks
Method:
- Fill the large inner pot with 2 litres hot water and bring to the boil on the stove. Place into the DreamPot and close.
- Place the chocolate (broken into pieces) into the small inner pot. Add the cream.
- Insert the small inner pot on top of the large inner pot – a double saucepan.
- Stir to combine the chocolate and cream until the chocolate melts and a dipping consistency is achieved. Add a little more cream if necessary.
- Close the lid of the DreamPot.
- Insert the kebab sticks into the strawberries.
- Dip into the hot chocolate and share with the one you love!
